What forms do I need to fill in?
Shipping estimates can be answered by filling out our shipping request form. If you plan to visit Headway International Shipping & Warehousing Ltd., please complete the Order for Services document before your arrival. Depending on the destination and items being sent, we will provide you the necessary form(s) to complete. Forms for exporting to the United States can be found at our export documents page. Are there any regulations or standards to adhere to for shipping motorized equipment?
It depends on which country you are shipping to. Please visit our export documents page for the necessary documents that needs to be completed. We will also need proof of ownership, No Lien document and the Vehicle Identification Number.

Can I import a vehicle into Canada?
Yes, only if it is 15 years old or older.

Are the rates quoted in Canadian or American dollars?
The rates are quoted in Canadian dollars.

I am shipping from Canada, do I have to pay taxes?
No, you do not pay taxes if you ship internationally.

I plan to receive a shipment, do I have to pay taxes?
Yes, GST charges will be appled for all receiving shipments.

Is the rate quoted all I have to pay in Canada?
Yes, the rate quoted includes all the costs in Canada.

Where can you ship?
We can ship internationally and within Canada.

What are my options to ship the goods?
We can ship it by LAND and/or SEA and/or AIR.

Do you take passengers?
Yes we do, but we cannot guarantee the passengers will be on the same ship as the cargo.

How much do I have to pay to be a passenger?
The minimum charge is $175.00 USD per day per person.
